Role Overview
Customer Service Associate – 37.5 hours per week – fixed‑term contract until the end of January 2027. You will advise customers via telephone, email and social media channels, providing a positive and memorable experience.
Job Specifics
- Fixed‑term contract that will run until the end of January 2027
- Full‑time contract offering 37.5 hours per week
- Shifts Monday to Friday 9‑6 outside of peak trading months, with teams working one weekend in every three (Saturday & Sunday); during peak trading months (October, November & December) the team extends opening hours and offers three rotating shifts (8:00‑16:00, 9:00‑17:00 & 11:00‑19:00)
- Two weeks of full‑time training to help you become job ready before starting your contracted hours
