Responsibilities

  • Provide resilient, brand‑ambassador service by confidently recommending and selling our newest food products.
  • Deliver five‑star service under high‑pressure conditions, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest.
  • Use digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices, to enhance the customer experience and ensure they get the products they want.
  • Create a positive, high‑energy team environment by supporting each other in delivering a seamless customer experience.
  • Show flexibility by working across various areas of the store and adapting to changing retail demands, knowing that no two shifts will look the same.
  • Go above and beyond to serve, sell, fill, and help drive growth in sales.
