Are you practical, organised and passionate about helping others?

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Service Support Assistant to join our Integrated Specialist Assessment Service. As part of a supportive and dedicated team, you will help prepare training facilities, maintain demonstration areas, undertake building and grounds inspections, support equipment management and contribute to creating an accessible environment for visitors, staff and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing training rooms and specialist equipment for training events.
  • Supporting the maintenance and presentation of demonstration facilities.
  • Carrying out routine building and grounds inspections and reporting concerns.
  • Assisting with deliveries, equipment storage and maintenance visits.
  • Supporting infection prevention and control measures.
  • Helping ensure the building remains safe, accessible and welcoming.
  • Working collaboratively with operational teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Has a practical and proactive approach to work.
  • Understands the importance of health and safety.
  • Can work independently and use their initiative.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Is reliable, flexible and committed to high standards.
