You will operate production equipment, ensuring product quality and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. You will work on a rotating 24/7 shift pattern with a structured onboarding program. Starting salary is £26,026 plus a 33% shift allowance, rising to £29,459 after demonstrating competency, alongside a bonus and benefits package.
