The Opportunity

Our client is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Change Coordinator to join a fast-paced operational environment supporting critical national infrastructure projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of change delivery, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure seamless change execution.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining service stability and regulatory compliance while driving effective change processes across complex infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise, manage, and track Change Requests (CRs) in line with organisational and client processes
  • Coordinate the end-to-end change lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and closure
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to meet SLAs and timelines
  • Ensure compliance when working with Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) and substation environments
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and change logs
  • Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and post-implementation reviews
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and scheduling conflicts, escalating where required
  • Support continuous improvement of change management processes
  • Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel to sites across the UK (expenses paid)
  • Experience in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments
  • Flexibility to support out-of-hours changes when needed
  • Strong skills in stakeholder coordination; communication and negotiation; problem solving; time management; risk awareness and compliance
  • Experience in Change Management / Coordination roles (IT, telecoms, or infrastructure)
  • Familiarity with ITIL Change Management processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple vendors and teams
  • Exposure to CNI or substation environments
  • Basic networking knowledge (connectivity, routing, telecoms infrastructure)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
