Here at Smurfit Westrock Diss, we are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our internal sales team on a full time basis, working 8.30am-5pm reporting to the Customer Service Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in customer service and develop their commercial and business skills within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. As part of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while working closely with colleagues across sales, production and logistics. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of business activities, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys learning, building relationships and taking on new challenges.
Responsibilities
As the Customer Service Coordinator you will:
- Answer and manage customer enquiries and support tickets.
- Coordinate communication between sales, production and logistics to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
