Responsibilities
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
- Assist with medical and welfare needs.
- Report on medical and welfare needs as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.

Compensation
£13.25 per hour, increasing to £13.45 per hour after 3 months, plus 12.1% annual leave entitlement.
