Assistant Manager – KFC Boldon

Responsibilities

• Support the team and take charge of day‑to‑day operations, ensuring performance goals are met and exceeded.
• Own the restaurant’s atmosphere and guest experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests feel special.
• Build and develop a dream team: train, coach, and motivate crew members to meet or surpass standards.
• Own and monitor KPIs, ensuring every shift delivers on expectations.
• Maintain smooth administration: roster planning, stock management, and behind‑the‑scenes tasks.
• Turn first‑time guests into regulars through memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience with proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong people skills, capable of bringing out the best in others and handling difficult conversations.
• Experience maintaining efficient, clean, and compliant operations, even during busy periods.
• Ability to drive performance and consistently hit goals.
• Knowledge of hospitality or restaurant operations is preferred.
