Lead Family Support Practitioner for Early Help

The Vine Inter-Church Primary School is looking for a dedicated individual to support children and families using a whole family approach. You will act as the Lead Professional, completing Early Help Assessments and collaborating with a multi-agency team to provide tailored support.
