GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant for a supportive Alternative Provision in Middlesbrough. This role offers the opportunity to help pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support and promote positive behaviour.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SEMH needs and excellent communication skills. Flexibility in working hours and competitive pay rates are offered, alongside dedicated consultant support.
