Pupil Support Specialist – 1-Year School Role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate Pupil Support Worker to join a supportive school in Blackpool. This full-time role offers a fixed one-year contract from September 2026 to July 2027. You will provide essential support to pupils requiring additional guidance, contributing to the school’s academic and pastoral care.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and demonstrate exceptional communication skills alongside good literacy. A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant/Childcare qualification is advantageous.
