About the Role

We’re looking for a Student & Customer Services Officer to join our Enquiries and Admissions team. This is a great opportunity to play an important role in supporting students and customers across our Professional Qualifications range.

What You’ll Do

  • First point of contact for enquiries via phone, email and live chat, delivering a professional, friendly and efficient service.
  • Support students throughout their learning journey and help ensure our processes run smoothly.
  • Handle customer and student enquiries.
  • Process registrations, SPS and membership renewals.
  • Maintain accurate database records.
  • Support students in all aspects of their learning.
  • Help improve services and customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C or above.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Degree-level education.
  • Experience in the education or training sector.

Salary and Hours

Salary: £26,455.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
