Complex Care – Healthcare Support Worker
Pay – £15.50–£16.50 per hour.
Shift – Day shift.
Full Training Provided.
We are looking for motivated and driven carers to join our highly dedicated and welcoming team at OneCall24 Healthcare. An amazing opportunity has arisen in the Bridgwater area for carers to work with a client who has a spinal injury and requires support with physiotherapy and hydrotherapy sessions. The client loves sports, especially cricket and football, and enjoys exploring the community. Our carers will deliver person‑centred care in line with a personalised care plan created specifically to meet these needs.
Location
Bridgwater.
Responsibilities
Assist the client with daily care activities, support physiotherapy and hydrotherapy sessions, provide safe transport, and facilitate community outings.
Qualifications
- Experience with spinal injury care.
- Experience with bowel care.
- Experience with medication management.
Benefits
Excellent rates of pay with night and weekend enhancements and special bank holiday rates. £50 signing‑on bonus paid within the first week’s pay. £50 recommend‑a‑friend bonus for all OneCall24 staff.
