Role Description
This role provides a one‑to‑one customer service experience for UPS Preferred accounts. The Associate will analyze and resolve problems, answer tracing and claim inquiries, and maintain ownership of customer situations through to resolution, which may include follow-ups and outbound calls. The Associate works with minimal supervision, employs excellent communication skills, and resolves issues efficiently.
