Role Definition
The Mince Room Operator will ensure that targets are met, regularly challenged and improved on. Responsibilities include delivering high standards of quality, ensuring product produced is to customer specification in line with critical control points, GMP and H&S requirements, and paying special regard to quality, cost control, yield and utilisation.
Key Responsibilities
