Protocol is working closely with a Further Education College based in Preston in their search for experienced Learning Support Assistants to work with students aged 16-18 across a range of educational provisions.
Role
You will be working within the college’s support departments, providing cross curriculum support to learners during their time in education. This role involves working in class, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis, ensuring learners achieve their potential.
Candidate Profile
Seeking individuals with experience providing learner support or supporting individuals in an educational capacity. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, personable, and motivational, inspiring students across curriculum areas and driving them to achieve their potential.
Requirements
- Experience working within a support capacity in an educational setting
- Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English
- An upbeat attitude and approach to work and support
- The ability to educate and inspire learners aged 16-18 years.
