Seasonal Warehouse Operative – Nights (Fixed Term)

We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for Warehouse Operatives to join our growing Distribution team during our busiest time!

Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will work at the heart of the business to supply our colleagues with the stock they need to succeed in retail and online environments. Accuracy, meritocracy, good time‑keeping and a “can‑do” attitude are key performance indicators.

Job Specifics

• Contract Type: 3 month Fixed Term Contract
• Start Date: July 2026
• Location: Hemel Gateway, A Boundary Way, Hemel Hempstead Industrial Estate, HP2 7GY
• Hours: 22:00 pm – 06:00 am – Must be flexible and able to work 5 out of 7 shifts when required (including weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Work effectively as a member of the Warehouse Distribution Team, communicating appropriately.
• Accurately pick stock using the WMS via voice control.
• Prepare and pack items for dispatch accurately, on time and according to instructions.
• Keep warehouse, stock and equipment clean and safe as per health and safety procedures.
• Use all equipment safely and correctly, following company procedures and safety rules.
• Ensure all housekeeping requirements are met.

Knowledge & Skills Required

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job – Manual Handling.
• Team player with a strong, consistent work ethic.
• Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.
• Energy, enthusiasm, positivity, commitment and a flexible, can‑do attitude.
