Key Responsibilities

• Deliver style advice and five‑star service to customers.
• Drive sales and grow the store’s share in the style space.
• Help customers discover the most on‑trend and fashionable products.
• Operate efficiently in a high‑demand environment while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Utilise digital tools such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Resilient and confident brand ambassador, able to serve customers and sell products.
• Digitally confident, with experience using mobile and in‑store technology.
• Strong team player who contributes to a positive store environment.
