About the role
As a Reablement Support Worker you will support people in regaining or learning new skills to live independently. You will work with individuals throughout their recovery, helping them to build confidence, develop social connections and achieve their aspirations. Service hours are 7 am–10 pm, seven days a week including bank holidays. Commitment to these hours is required.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with vulnerable people to support their independence and well‑being.
- Build collaborative relationships with personal support networks, partner agencies and services.
- Adapt to flexible schedules to meet the needs of the client community.
- Travel on behalf of the service across the borough.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience working with vulnerable populations is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity for flexibility and resilience in a community setting.
- Valid UK driving licence and reliable transport.
