Support Worker – Complex Needs (Closer to Home) | Flexible Shifts

Drive Charity in Neath Port Talbot & Bridgend is seeking Support Workers for the Closer to Home service that involves supporting individuals with complex needs. This permanent role offers contracted hours between 16 and 37.5 hours per week. Support Workers will work in a skilled team to provide high-quality, person-centred care in various shifts including evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidates will possess a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care and prior experience with complex needs. Benefits include £14.43 per hour, free training, and a pension scheme.
