Band 2 Facility Support Worker (Catering & Cleaning Duties) – Banbridge

MPA Recruitment is working in partnership with the local Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Band 2 Facility Support Worker (Catering & Cleaning Duties) based at Crozier Lodge Day Centre, Banbridge.

Job Summary

As a member of the Facility Support Worker team, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of domestic, housekeeping, and catering duties to support the day-to-day running of the centre.

Essential Criteria

Applicants should have:

• Previous experience carrying out domestic, housekeeping, and/or catering duties within a working environment.
• The ability to take responsibility, use initiative, and remain calm when dealing with challenging situations.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills appropriate to the role.
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality in the workplace.
• A willingness to undertake any training required to fulfil the role.

• Location: Crozier Lodge Day Centre, Banbridge
• Hours: 30 hours per week
• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm
• Contract Duration: Until 29 October 2026
