We are seeking Passionate, Reliable, Experienced Advanced Support Workers (Seniors/Leaders) located in Winchester (SO22). This role offers a meaningful, self‑rewarding career with purpose, progression and genuine impact.

Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred support to individuals with a range of needs, including challenging behaviour, autism, mental health, learning disabilities and physical disability.
- Support people to achieve aspirational goals and increase independence and daily choices.
- Ensure dietary needs for individuals such as those with Prader‑Willi Syndrome are met and care plans strictly followed.
- Maintain a safe environment and comply with health and safety procedures.
- Mentor and share skills and experiences with colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent) with strong experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication, and physical health.
- Experience in a support worker or care assistant role (or relevant lived experience) – qualification not mandatory if substantial experience exists.
- Strong work ethic, patience, empathy, compassion, reliability, honesty, determination, problem solving and resilience.
