About The Role

This critical role is the face of the company, ensuring adviser and customer satisfaction by administering their policies and answering queries. You will respond to complaints, help set up accounts, and provide solutions for financial products. The role may involve supporting various business areas and other elements of the adviser journey within Quilter.

You will prepare letters and financial documents with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. All adviser requests must be processed timely in accordance with Service Level Agreements, efficiently and professionally via phone and email.

Keeping knowledge of our products and services up to date is vital to deliver the most appropriate outcomes for clients.

About You

Drawing from previous administrative experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, you bring a strong foundation to this role.

Exceptional organisational skills shine through as you prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Adept in verbal and written communication, you accurately record and interpret report data, contributing to overall team efficiency.

Personal responsibility for consistent delivery of high-quality work, a proactive approach, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
