Responsibilities

• Ensure everything from leaky faucets to flickering lights never dampen our colleagues’ spirits.
• Diagnose and fix minor plumbing issues.
• Maintain lighting, ensuring every corner is bright and cheery.
• Perform light painting and touch‑ups to keep the office looking spick and span.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, big or small.
• Collaborate with security and ensure everyone is well‑versed in Health & Safety.
• Act as a safety champion within the team.

Requirements

• Experience keeping buildings shipshape, preferably in a commercial setting.
• A basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• The ability to tackle physical tasks and keep the handyman spirit alive.
• A keen eye for detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
