What you’ll do

• Monitor and respond to telemetry alarms across multiple systems, maintaining continuous awareness of asset performance and identifying emerging issues.
• Take appropriate action to manage and escalade operational events, supporting incident response through clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Accurately log events and actions within ICC systems, ensuring standard operating procedures are applied consistently to maintain safe and efficient operations.

What you’ll bring

• Calm, methodical approach in fast‑paced environments; strong attention to detail, accountability, and prioritisation skills.
• Experience working in a control room, operational or process‑driven environment, capable of rapid assessment and sound decision‑making under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive, disciplined in following procedures.
• Good IT skills, comfortable working across multiple systems, and flexibility to work a 24/7 shift pattern.
