Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day‑to‑day restaurant operations and performance goals.
- Lead, coach, train and motivate the crew to meet and exceed standards.
- Own KPIs and analyze data to improve service quality.
- Manage roster, stock, and other administrative tasks.
- Create a welcoming environment for guests and turn first‑time visitors into repeat customers.
- Maintain cleanliness, compliance, and efficient operations during high volume periods.
Qualifications
- Experience managing teams in a fast‑moving food service environment.
- Strong people skills; able to conduct difficult conversations and build a valued team culture.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to manage multi‑shift responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to maintain compliance.
