Role: Production Operative

Location: Kettering

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm | Friday, 7:30am – 1:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our busy and growing production team in Kettering.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure products are manufactured to the highest standards and produced efficiently to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and running production line machinery.
• Monitoring the production process to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area.
• Working to production schedules and ensuring output targets are achieved.
• Identifying and reporting any machine faults or quality issues.
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products.
• Working effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the production line.

About You

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• A good eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Able to work at pace while maintaining excellent standards.
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
• Good understanding of health and safety within a production environment.
