Title: Oyster Farm Operative (Beach Site)

Location: Roosebeck, Ulverston, Cumbria, LA12 0RF
Pay: £14.31 per hour (permanent, full time). Hours: 40 hours per week. Overtime: 1.5× basic hourly rate for hours worked over 40 per week.
Transport: Applicants must have access to their own transport.
Responsibilities
- Harvest oysters using specialist equipment.
- Sort and grade shellfish.
- Move stock around the farm and processing areas.
- Keep the site clean, organised, and operating smoothly.
- Work on both the beach and within the Oyster Farm Centre.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and self‑motivated.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Team player, able to work as part of a close‑knit team.
- Own transport essential due to location.
