About our program:
The placement at ER Productions will run for a year from when you join us. Throughout the period you will be trained in Cables, Racks, Lasers, SFX, Pyro and will be involved in Prep, Delivery and Execution – working alongside some of the best techs in the industry.
You will be based at our state‑of‑the‑art facility at Panorama Dartford. We have extensive resources including workshop, R&D lab, prep/deprep warehouse, visualization suites, studio, conference facilities, a live production rehearsal space, and training facilities for a range of skills.
After you complete the programme, you will receive full certification of your skills, and have the opportunity to seek full‑time employment at one of our global locations.
Salary for this role is dependent on age plus overtime when onsite, in line with National Minimum Wage guidance.

We want applicants who can demonstrate a genuine interest in the touring and live events industry.
Applicants should have a willingness to learn, and a desire to develop skills and broaden their experience.
A passion for live music and special effects will also be beneficial.
