Driver 2 – Roads and Infrastructure Services – Argyll and Bute (Kintyre area)

Responsibilities

• Perform driving duties and operate allocated vehicles requiring specialist driving skills.
• Carry out removal of household, industrial and commercial refuse from a variety of locations.
• Use and operate manual and mechanical tools and equipment associated with the role.
• Participate in emergency situation responses and standby duties as required.
• Complete a driving assessment during the interview process to demonstrate suitability for the role.

Qualifications

• LGV Licence (Large Goods Vehicle) minimum Cat C; previously HGV Cat 2 Licence.
