Our School in Chatham is looking for a PE Cover Supervisor to support our KS3 and KS4 students with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs.

The Role

• Deliver pre-planned PE lessons and cover sessions
• Promote teamwork, resilience and positive behaviour through sport
• Be a strong, consistent presence for students who benefit from routine and encouragement
• Support pupils to engage, regulate and succeed in a physical education setting

This Role Is Perfect For

• Sports graduates
• Sports coaches
• Individuals with a strong sporting background
• Anyone considering a future career in teaching, PE, youth work or SEN

• Confident, calm and resilient personality
• Passion for sport and physical activity
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Experience with SEMH students is desirable, but not essential – attitude matters most
