Multi-Trade Maintenance Technician for Student Housing

Unite Foundation is seeking a Multi Trade Operative based in York. This role involves delivering high-quality multi-trade maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical work, and general building tasks. Ideal candidates will have a valid UK driving license and relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 in Electrical.

You’ll work 37.5 hours a week, with a rota that may include weekends, ensuring safe and well-maintained homes for students. A performance-related bonus and comprehensive benefits package are included.
