Senior Care Assistant

I am currently recruiting for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join the team at a well-established care home in Ayrshire. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of residents while working in a supportive and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
• Lead and mentor a team of carers, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace.
• Assist with care planning, medication management, and conducting resident assessments.
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior care role, preferably within a residential care home setting.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for caring for the elderly.
