The Role
The successful candidate will take full classroom responsibility for a Year 6 class, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons while supporting pupils through their final year of primary education and preparing them confidently for the transition to secondary school. The school is looking for a teacher who can create a positive and stimulating learning environment, maintain high expectations, and support both academic achievement and pupil wellbeing.
The Ideal Candidate
- Hold UK QTS
- Have experience teaching within Upper Key Stage 2
- Be confident delivering the Year 6 curriculum and supporting SATs preparation
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Bring creativity, energy, and a nurturing approach to teaching
- Be committed to helping all pupils reach their full potential
- Work effectively as part of a supportive and collaborative team
