ALN Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Llanelli

Location: Llanelli | Pay: £92.56 per day | Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Hoop Education is currently seeking a committed and compassionate ALN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in schools across Llanelli. This role plays a key part in helping learners with Additional Learning Needs thrive both academically and personally.

Your Role:

• Support pupils with ALN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs and abilities
• Promote confidence, independence, and engagement in the classroom
• Assist with classroom management and daily routines
• Track and report on pupil development and progress
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored support

About You:

• Background in education, childcare, or support work is advantageous
• Calm, understanding, and flexible approach
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Relevant training or qualifications are beneficial but not required
