GSL Education – Chelmsford is looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor in Basildon. In this role, you will supervise classes during short-term teacher absences and ensure students remain engaged in their learning.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and classroom management skills. You’ll deliver pre-planned lessons, support Key Stages 3 and 4, and encourage student progress and independence. A passion for education is essential.
