We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Back of House Manager to join our Back of House Team at The Londoner.

Overview

  • The Assistant Back of House Manager role is essential to the success of our large food and beverage operation.
  • Assist the Back of House Manager in the smooth running of the Kitchen and Back of House operation.
  • Collate all cutlery and crockery stock takes, and highlight any breakages or concerns.
  • Support training and gather feedback to measure training effectiveness.
  • Identify training needs and requirements in F&B back of house alongside the Back of House Manager.
  • Co‑ordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Compile health and safety audits in Excel.

About You

  • Current supervisory or management experience within a large multi‑food and beverage operation.
  • Demonstrates the ability to proactively prioritise needs, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Displays a working knowledge of the hotel to assist internal and external clients.
  • Is up to date with current health and safety procedures in food and beverage.
  • Has health and safety qualifications at a minimum CIEH Level Two.
