SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Barnet who are seeking a confident KS2 Class Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community where the year group is yet to be finalised, so flexibility and confidence teaching across Lower KS2 (Years 3-5) is essential.

The Role

The school are seeking an adaptable KS2 Teacher who can confidently teach across Years 3-5 and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering lessons across the KS2 curriculum
  • Adapting teaching to suit different year groups (Years 3-5)
  • Monitoring pupil progress and providing targeted support
  • Creating an engaging and positive classroom environment
  • Working collaboratively with the KS2 team
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
  • Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
  • Confidence teaching across Years 3-5
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A flexible and proactive attitude
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for primary education
