Building Safety & Fire Compliance Officer

First Choice Homes Oldham is seeking a Building Safety Officer to join our Property Safety team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety of higher-risk buildings and compliance with evolving legislation.

You will develop Building Safety Cases, coordinate inspections, and engage with residents and contractors to enhance building safety. The role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach, with a focus on making a difference in our customers’ lives.
