Healthcare Assistant – Ward (Bank)

Guildford Hospital | Nursing | Bank | Part time | Includes weekend work

Up to £15 per hour depending on experience.

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Responsibilities

• Put patient care first
• Carry out administrative duties
• Support a team of Registered Nurses and consultants in the delivery of exceptional patient care, pre and post surgery
• Enjoy time to get to know the people who are our patients
• Meet the needs of every individual
• Use your organisational skills to make a positive impact and experience

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting. Good telephone manner and strong computer/database skills.
