Multi Trade Operative (Coventry & Leicestershire)

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Trades people to join our In-House Maintenance Team. The role is based in Coventry, Leicester, Hinckley and Northampton.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete a broad range of repairs and special projects in both occupied and empty properties.
• Perform work in carpentry & joinery, plumbing, plastering and decorating as required.
• Adhere to site safety and safe working practices.
• Use a full UK driving licence to travel to sites.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high quality work.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant Trades qualification.
• Sound knowledge of site safety.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent people skills and motivation to leave customers happy.
