The Role
As a Senior Care Worker, you’ll work alongside our Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional person‑centred care while leading and supporting the care team. Key Responsibilities
- Support Registered Nurses in assessing, planning, and delivering high‑quality care.
- Provide hands‑on care while promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
- Lead, motivate, and support care colleagues to deliver excellent outcomes.
- Maintain accurate care records, assessments, reviews, and care plans.
- Administer medication safely and in line with procedures.
- Lead by example and promote a positive, supportive culture throughout the home.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as a Senior Care Worker or within a similar care setting.
- A passion for delivering outstanding person‑centred care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Confidence using digital care systems and IT applications.
- Registration with the SSSC, or willingness to register within the required timeframe.
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Services & Healthcare (or equivalent)
