Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Create a positive, engaging, and productive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with each school’s policies.
- Support students in completing the work set by the absent teacher.

- Provide clear feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour.
About the school
You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools throughout Telford, including community schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts.
Our partner schools typically offer:
- Supportive senior leadership teams and experienced staff.
- Clear behaviour policies and high expectations for learning.
- Well-resourced classrooms and established routines.
- A strong commitment to inclusion, student wellbeing, and academic achievement.
Long-term placements can provide the opportunity to become an integral member of a school’s teaching team.
