Learning Support Assistant – Boost Student Progress

Connect Multi-academy Trust is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils’ learning and well-being in the classroom. You’ll work closely with individual pupils and small groups to encourage their independence and positive relationships.

Your responsibilities include monitoring pupil progress, providing feedback, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to achieve the best outcomes. A Level 2 qualification and recent experience with children are required.
