Flourish Education is recruiting for a PPA Teacher to work in a Primary school in Henley-in-Arden. This PPA Teaching role is for 2 days per week, starting in September until the Christmas break initially.
This role is perfect for experienced teachers who enjoy working across different year groups, can deliver pre-planned lessons and can quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities
- Delivering engaging and effective pre-planned lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Supporting pupil progress and providing feedback in line with school policy.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations.
- Working collaboratively with class teachers, support staff, and senior leaders.
- Promoting pupils’ emotional well‑being alongside their academic development.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- The ability to deliver engaging lessons across a range of year groups.
- The ability to adapt quickly to different classes and learning needs.
Benefits
- Pay: £130.00 to £180.00 day rate, which equates to £25,350 to £35,100 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience).
