What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons across a range of subjects
• Adapt teaching to suit different learning needs
• Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policiesWork closely with TAs and school staff
• Support pupil progress, confidence, and wellbeing
• Communicate clearly with pupils, staff, and parents

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Minimum 3 months recent teaching experience
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Registered with the EWC (or willing to register)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A genuine passion for education

Welsh speakers and/or ALN experience is highly desirable.
