Your Role as an IT Support Technician will Include:
- Responding to help desk inquiries and resolving user issues
- Providing hands‑on support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Managing software installs, system updates, and basic network troubleshooting
- Monitoring hardware and system performance
- Assisting with onboarding and IT setup for new team members
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth IT operation
