Women’s Trailblazer Mentor — Flexible, Community-Based Impact

The Wise Group is looking for a Mentor (Women’s Trailblazer) in the North East of England. This role involves supporting women facing complex challenges with relational mentoring. You will help build trust, set practical goals, and connect individuals to local services, resources, and opportunities.

With a flexible community-based approach, the Mentor will manage their own caseload and work closely with partner organizations. Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills are essential, alongside a compassionate and adaptable approach.
