First Response Children’s Services Agent

Leicestershire County Council is seeking a First Response Children’s Service Agent to join the Children and Family Services Business Support Team. In this important role, you will act as the first point of contact for users of the Children’s Social Care service, providing excellent customer service and assisting in safeguarding operations.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 2 in Customer Services or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information accurately. This position is permanent, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
