Reservations and Groups Agent

Required for this global airline based in their West London office. They are looking for a travel industry professional from a reservations background, ideally airline experience and ideally sabre knowledge. Office based role, Monday to Friday. Salary around £27,000 plus bonus and great benefits including a yearly free flight for you and a family member.

Responsibilities

• Group sales and reservations
• Preparation of route analysis data
• Taking reservations calls from direct and trade partners
• Generating airline bookings, changes, issuing and reissuing tickets
• Processing invoices
• Daily and monthly airline sales reports
• Dealing with ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets

Skills required

• Minimum of 2 years in an airline reservations role
• Ideally sabre trained, but they will cross train from a different GDS
• Knowledge of fares and ticketing
• Excellent telephone manner

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, office based in West London.
